We offer both the Level 4 and 5 Diplomas in Housing as a fully accredited Chartered Institute of Housing Study Centre. These qualifications are a fantastic way of establishing yourself as a professional in the housing sector and ensuring you have the theoretical knowledge, essential skills and experience to perform at the highest level in your day job.
Level 4 Housing Qualification
Level 4 qualifications are designed to explore the contextual and specialised knowledge for the housing professional in greater depth. On completion of a qualification at this level, you can become a certified practitioner member of CIH.
