Lead with Confidence: Operations Manager Apprenticeships

Your learner can join a mixed cohort and attend workshops at our Learning Suite at our Thrive Academy in Derby. Or, should you have enough numbers for a closed cohort, we can facilitate sessions at one of local-to-you Thrive Hubs or your own workplace.

We facilitate a series of free 'Power Hour' virtual webinars that any learner can join throughout the programme.​

As well as face to face workshops, we provide access to a range of virtual learning tools such as ‘Power Hour’ webinars which can be accessed at any point during the programme to further support apprentices. 

Each learner will have access to virtual 121s with one of our skills coaches, further enhanced with quarterly progress meetings with their Manager or Mentor.

This programme encourages learners to question existing processes, aim for efficiency, and adeptly navigate the ensuing transformations. It also focuses on building skills in stakeholder engagement, leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and effective project management.
