Your learner can join a mixed-group cohort and attend 10 lots of 1-day workshops at our Learning Suite at our Thrive Academy in Derby. Here, they will have the opportunity to network with other Team Leaders and Managers, learning about best practices, real-world applications and connections.
Alternatively, if you have your own cohort of learners (minimum group size of 10), we can work with you to deliver a bespoke in-house programme at our Learning Suite or your own premises.
We facilitate a series of additional free 'Power Hour' virtual webinars that any learner can join throughout the programme.
Each learner will also have up to twelve virtual 121s with one of our skills coaches, further enhanced with quarterly progress meetings with their manager or mentor.
Off-the-job learning is also required within this apprenticeship. This might include:
- 121s with their manager and/or mentor
- Observation, feedback and coaching of them completing activities such as running team meetings
- Researching content for their assignments
- Compiling a CPD log
- Contributing to a discussion on your internal communications platform or LinkedIn
- Running a project
