Our Joint Venture with Urban Splash, Port Loop, was highly commended in the Regeneration Project of the Year category.

Energy Management Awards

Our innovative DREEAM development in Padiham, Lancashire was highly commended in the Project of the Year category at the 2019 Energy Management Awards.

The Pineapples

We were presented with two awards for joint-venture developments with Urban Splash at The Pineapples 2019.

The Port Loop development in Birmingham won the Future Place Category, whilst Smith’s Dock in North Shields was crowned winner of the Place in Progress category.

Homes For Scotland Awards

Group company ZeroC were joint winners with A & J Stephen for Tornagrain in the Medium Private Development category.

The development is the Scottish Highlands’ newest town, with a long term vision to create a whole new sustainable community comprising 5000 homes, jobs, as well as amenities and green spaces.

WhatHouse Awards

Group company ZeroC won the Best House category for its Golden Mede development.

Park Hill, our joint venture with Urban Splash also won Best Renovation of the Year.

24housing Awards

Our DREEAM project in Padiham, Lancashire, was named Best Green Scheme at the 24Housing Awards.

The innovative energy efficient development comprises of 36 flats and 72 homes.

EAC 2019

Five of our supported living schemes were given Bronze awards at the EAC National Housing for Older People Awards 2019.

CIH Northern Awards

Our DREEAM project was crowned the winner of the 'New ideas, approaches and innovation' category at last night's CIH Northern Awards.

The project involved the renovation of more than 100 homes in Padiham, Lancashire, to equip them with a range of energy efficiency measures such as new storage heaters, solar panels, external wall insulation and hot water systems.

Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2019

Group Company Millwood Designer Homes won Best Family Home (£750k to £1.5m) for The Farmington at Polo Fields in Cantebury.

ZeroC's Golden Mede development in Buckinghamshire was also highly commended in the Best out of London Home category.

CIH Scotland Excellence Awards

Our Roman Fields development in Twechar won the Excellence in Development for Affordable Housing category at the CIH Scotland Excellence Awards.

The development in picturesque East Dunbartonshire features a selection of energy efficient homes.

National Housing Awards 2019

Our Croft development in Crawley was highly commended in Best Small Development category.

The development of 24 affordable homes created a sustainable housing option on a previously underutilised piece of land.

Property Week Property Awards 2019

We were presented with the Placemaking Award for our joint venture with Urban Splash at Park Hill in Sheffield.;

Working with Urban Splash, we’ve helped to transform this incredible structure into a cultural hub for Sheffield, a place in which people can live, work and play.
