Applications Open for the 2024 Emerging Talent Programme

Attention graduates!

We're thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the 2024 cohort of our renowned Emerging Talent Graduate Programme at Places for People, the UK’s leading social enterprise dedicated to improving lives through thriving Communities.

The Emerging Talent Programme is a two-year, work-based programme. It combines job-based training, a comprehensive learning and development framework, and the opportunity to deliver social value in our Communities. The programme will focus on strengthening graduate knowledge, technical ability, and essential skills for the workplace. 

Building on the success of previous years, we're proud to share that our 2023 cohort was our most diverse cohort to date. Although only 6 months into their journey on the programme, they have embedded themselves into the culture of Places for People and led on several key projects, including the recently launched Leadership Challenge.
