Exchanges
You could also consider exchanging your home with a tenant from another social housing landlord. You can find more details on how to do this below:
Our customers can register for free.
How it works
Register and provide details about your current home and the type of home you're looking for. We'll check and approve the information you provide, and then you can start looking for someone to swap with.
Please also check with your local council to find out if they have a choice-based lettings system available within your area.
You should only bid for homes of the size you need, in the areas you want.
