Getting help if you can't pay your rent

We understand that there are times when paying your rent may be difficult. We will always try to help you with advice and support in financial difficulty when you contact us.

It is your responsibility to make sure your rent is paid and if you do not pay your rent or contact us to talk to us about your financial difficulty and put a payment plan in place, we will take legal action. This means you could lose your home if you do not pay your rent.
