Your Reference begins with PPH and can be found on any Account Statement or letter that we have sent you.

Once the payment has gone through, please email us at Secured.Loans@placesforpeople.co.uk to let us know that you have made a payment online. This will help us monitor your account and make sure this payment is allocated correctly.

Direct debit 

Please remember that it is a term in your loan agreement to pay monthly, by direct debit. It is also the easiest way to pay. Once you're set up, payments will come out of your bank account automatically on your preferred date between the 1st and the 27th of the month. It would be beneficial to make your payments on the 1st of each month because of the way interest is calculated.

There are no charges to set up a Direct Debit, and you’re guaranteed a refund from your bank or building society in the unlikely event that an incorrect payment is taken.
