Spinnaker View, located in Gosport, consists of 60 affordable rental one and two-bedroom apartments for people aged 55 and over with care and support needs. These newly developed homes are ideal for people aged over 55 who wish to remain independent with the reassurance of our on-site care and support teams are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our modern communal facilities are available for our customers, their family and friends to access, whether that be a catch-up over coffee or a meal within our vibrant restaurant, we want Spinnaker View to be placed within the heart of the community.
