We started providing people with affordable homes in north-west England around the same time the Beatles needed ‘Help!’ and Tom Jones was telling us, ‘It’s Not Unusual’.
We’ve been providing people with homes and regenerating neighbourhoods for more than 50 years. We’ve witnessed huge changes to homes, communities and people’s lives in that time. And today we’re building and managing places to live and enjoy life for people of all ages and circumstances, all across the country.
As the property and neighbourhood management arm of Places for People, we put social responsibility at the centre of everything we do, committing to communities and constantly improving our services. With around 40,000 homes across England and Wales, we’ve twice been crowned Landlord of the Year by Property Week.
