We’re looking for great local causes to occupy these prime, city centre premises in the heart of Leicester.
Successful applicants will be surrounded by an established community (there are 54 apartments upstairs), as well as passing footfall from visitors to the nearby Highcross Shopping Centre, and passengers coming into the central train station on London Road. The DeMontfort and Leicester universities are both just a few minutes away.

The location is not the only appealing prospect here, where successful applicants will operate in Units A and B – shell spaces with full glazed frontages and good floor to ceiling heights – meaning the space can accommodate a range of different activities.
Immediately outside the units, there is a large open seating courtyard area, as well as a recessed frontage which could facilitate outdoor seating. Successful applicants will have access to both.

- The Circle units would be suitable for uses falling under A1 (Shops), A3 (Restaurants and Cafés) and A4 (Drinking establishments) together with the possibility of A2 (Financial and professional services) or B1(a) (Offices) use, subject to planning.
