- Confidence Building – online via Microsoft Teams, delivered over 3 consecutive days, from 10am – 12:30pm each day
- Be Confident in Customer Service and Complaints Handling – online via Microsoft Teams, delivered over 3 consecutive days, from 10am – 12noon each day
- Be Confident Applying for Jobs (covers CVs, application forms and Interview skills)– online via Microsoft Teams, delivered over 2 consecutive days, from 10am – 1pm both days
- Level 3 First Aid – face to face in Bolton town centre, 1 day course, 9:30am – 4:30pm
- Level 2 Health & Safety – face to face in Bolton town centre, 1 day course, 9:30am – 4:30pm
- Saving Pennies in Your Pantry – delivered at the pantries face to face, each session is 1 – 2 hours long
