The Leeds Black Elders Association aims to provide services which are innovative and appropriate to the needs of elders, in particular, but not exclusively, the needs of black elders, and to act as advocates for the purpose of empowering and enabling such individuals, and representing their interests in order to break down barriers to equality of opportunity.
