MaTReC Warm Hub - Sheffield

Sheffield

Location: Manor Training & Resource Centre, 304-308 Prince of Wales Road, Manor, Sheffield, S2 1FF

Over the colder winter months, we understand that many people face fuel poverty and struggle to afford heating costs. This is why we have funded a number of Warm hubs that can support people during the cost-of-living crisis.

Warm hubs provide a safe place which is warm, friendly and welcoming where attendees can partake in social activities surrounded by the company of others whilst receiving support during difficult times. They offer a lifeline for people in social isolation and those suffering with fuel poverty.

MaTReC run a community café serving affordable meals and drinks, as well as a Digital Café where customers can access iPads.

We have partnered with the MaTReC Warm hub to fund a weekly luncheon club to provide free meals to the community as well as a weekly coffee morning.

Alongside their community café, MaTReC offer low-cost hot food and drinks between 8am and 1pm Monday to Thursday.
