The Grassroot Activators Programme (GAP) is a year-long initiative delivered over 2 days a week.
GAP seeks to raise aspirations, create role models and develop realistic pathways to future opportunities.
If you are a young person aged 16-25 who would like to apply to take part in the Grassroots Activators Programme (GAP), please complete the application form and return it to info@grassrootcommunities.org with a photo.
