Staying physically fit and healthy
Being physically active can improve mood, lift self-esteem and decrease the chance of depression and anxiety. Join our team and you’ll have access to lots of expert advice and information to help you feel your best. For example, through the Places Locker app, by Places Leisure, you can access all kinds of free workouts.
Self-care
Stress and worries can take their toll, so it’s important to stop and give yourself a break. Our mini guide to self-care is just one example of how we support our people. We also hold regular wellbeing weeks.
